• Track usage through a pay-per-use unit system

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or entity may maintain only one account

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Units and Pricing

Unit System

• Our Service operates on a pay-per-use unit system
• Each AI-powered invoice generation consumes 1 unit (3 units for image processing)
• Units are purchased in packages and never expire
• New users receive 10 free units upon account creation

Payments

• All unit purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• You are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with your purchases
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion

5. Acceptable Use

Permitted Uses

• Creating legitimate business invoices and managing customer relationships
• Processing your own business conversations and communications
• Using our AI features for legitimate business purposes

Prohibited Uses

• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Processing conversations without proper authorization
• Using the Service for illegal activities or to violate any laws
• Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our AI technology
• Sharing account access or reselling units to third parties
• Submitting content that violates intellectual property rights
• Using the Service to spam or harass others

6. Content and Data

• You retain ownership of all content you submit to our Service

AI Processing

• Our AI processes your conversations to extract invoice-relevant information
